Purchase satisfaction is at the core of 2nd Boulevard. Thus, we understand the importance of a seamless shopping experience every step of the way. Our return policy is designed to make your return process simple and straightforward.
Return Eligibility:

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns must be requested within 3 days of the delivery date. To start a return, you can contact us at 2ndBlvdLuxe@gmail.com. Share the reason for your return, and upon receiving your email, we will promptly reach out to confirm approval. Returns are only processed in the form of store credit and expires after 365 days from the date of issue. Please note that any shipping or insurance fees for the original order are non-refundable. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Each return is subject to a restocking fee, see more information on restocking fees below.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Our 2nd Boulevard tag must remain attached and untampered with. Any item without all the tags it came with cannot be returned, as it will not be accepted if shipped back. Please note that any item that is shipped back without first receiving approval via email, will attract a shipping cost to return the item back to you.

Item(s) must be in the same condition with no missing “extras” (dustbag, box, lock, etc.), please make sure all items are packed securely when returning. If not in the same condition as when purchased, the item will not be eligible for a return.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 12 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Restocking and Processing Fees: As part of our commitment to exceptional service, we have established a transparent fee structure for returns. For items that have been shipped, there will be a flat restocking fee. For items that have been delivered, there will be a flat restocking fee. There will be a 10% fee for items that have not been shipped. Please review the following guidelines:
- Items below $500: $50 restocking fee for each item
- Items between $500 and $1,000: $100 restocking fee for each item
- Items between $1000 and $1,500: $150 restocking fee for each item
- Items between $1500 and $2,000: $200 restocking fee for each item
- Items between $2000 and $2,500: $250 restocking fee for each item
- Items between $2500 and $3,000: $300 restocking fee for each item
- Items above $3,000; $350 restocking fee for each item
Return Shipping Responsibility: For your peace of mind, we recommend adding insurance to the return shipment. Please note that 2nd Boulevard cannot be held liable for lost return packages or any related delays.
Return Processing and Analysis: Once we receive and assess your returned merchandise, our dedicated team will diligently review it and re-authenticate the item. Store Credit is typically issued within 10 business days of this analysis, allowing us to ensure the accuracy and fairness of each return.
Previously owned: Please note that we take immense pride in offering only the highest quality authentic items. Keep in mind that our inventory consists of previously owned pieces. Thus, we highly recommend closely examining the detailed product photos prior to making a purchase. If a flaw is shown in a photo but not written out in the description, this is not considered misrepresentation. Should you receive an item that appears inauthentic or misaligned with the description, kindly reach out to us within 3 days of delivery at 2ndBlvdLuxe@gmail.com, and we'll address the matter promptly.
